Made with only the highest quality materials, you will not be disappointed when you receive this adorable dress, Please note: Flowers, Embellishments and Ribbon on our dresses will always match beautifully, but may vary based on what is in stock. Hair accessories are not included, but may be added to the order, should you choose to purchase them. Shuri Black Panther Tutu set will make your princess look amazing. My tops are made as a bodice with ribbons to tie, I always cut my ribbons long on my tops to ensure that will be enough to tie the back of the bodice please cut off what you do not need.

Due to the high demand for these please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your tutu.
Please note that our dresses and skirts are not lined. We do recommend a half slip, tutu dress slip, tights, leggings or shorts underneath for modesty or for children with sensitive skin
