  The tutu dress includes a bodice adorned with the theme of Bluey, which can be personalized to suit your child's special event. The skirt consists of four layers of high-quality tulle made in the USA, hand-tied to the bodice.
Due to the high demand for these please allow 2 weeks for delivery of your tutu.
Please note that our dresses and skirts are not lined. We do recommend a half slip, tutu dress slip, tights, leggings or shorts underneath for modesty.
